    I would not laminate them. It makes them look awful imho. You can get playing card covers for them if you make them a certain size this might be a more suitable option for you? auto I use 220 gsm for mine they don't bend unless you really try to bend them.

    Hah yeah, I was the same. It took such a long time to get the right paper. I did notice an issue with the ink too. I refil my ink by hand and it was starting to show after a few prints. Had some lines in the artwork turns out it was a clogged head... fixed it for it to happen again... never...
