    Never mind, I figured out which is which from the Kanji table. Also, tried to change the content of the character's database from Japanese into roman English but the game wouldn't read the small texts that I cramped through the readable text which is basically taking up two spaces of the space...

    Found the location of the character's database but I can't just replace them with text cause when I changed the Japanese characters into words, the in-game text name of the corresponding character turn blank. How can I change this part?

    Even though I couldn't get myself into this stuff much because of my parent's discouragement that this kind of activity is a waste of time to them. I still spare a bit of my time to try studying this kind of programming when they weren't looking, I would still try to find a way to do it anyway...

    This glitch appears in both the Change battle message and Change name config section while I'm tampering with the button pressing. This seems to be the input that you did that turns into garbage text randomly in this part but unlike the original...when I pressed the X button of DS for Kanji...

    @gared531, by the way...do you need someone to play test the result once you're finished? I would like to playtest it immediately as soon as you finished the in-game text translation, I will give the report to you in case there's a bug or glitch in the game after translation

    I guess I'm damned for having no coding skill and start from zero without understanding what to do even though I have a bit of translating skill for Japanese as beginner who keep learning and understanding the language. I shouldn't have planned to do project since I have no coding skill at all

    That could be the reason why it crashed even though I tested by copypasting the same pattern as the original translator from the translated game to the original raw one. I might need to study a bit about the editing part since I have little to zero knowledge about stuff like this
