    Hacking SceDownload change_state DCO falled: 0x80103a2a in PKGj v0.57

    On my ps vita 2000 when I try to download ps vita games in PKGj it comes up with that error code but I can still download psx and psp games. I've tried to change my internet settings and the connection and tried different versions of PKGj. I'm on 3.65 from HENkaku
