    Haven't tried it myself but you could also install Bootntr.cia and run it from cakes

    It occasionally fails for me, more frequently it will load but i can't see the menu, so i just blindly press A, but that's not really a problem since everything works anyway.

    just downgraded my 3dsxl, first time got ""Failed to get CIA file info!", rebooted the console, tried again and everything went smoothly. :)

    it supposedly also does a cleaner job, JustPingo claimed sysupdater left some 9.3 stuff on the nand
