    Hi, I have a black friday n3ds with 11.0. I don't have another 3ds with cfw and I don't have one of the 4 dsiware games, so I can't downgrade. My question is, can I still install legit CIAs with FBI/waithax? I would like to install NSMB2, Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, etc. Thank you
