    So I fixed this problem - if anyone else has the same problem, use https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-brstm-bcstm-conversion-tool-beta.378702/. It only works with stereo sound input, though, but it works wonders for making BCSTMs! Thank you to SomeGamer for linking this on page 8 of this thread.

    Hey, guys, I just made an Undertale theme, with the bottom and top screen and folders working fine, the only issue I'm having is the BGM. It plays, and it's definitely the right song, but it sorta... explodes. Like, the audio clips and has tons of static in it, even though it sounded nothing...
