    @godreborn I just pretty find this option, thank you to help me in this, but not works, problem still occurs. I found here the procedure mentioned by you: https://bit.ly/2XO9LqW. Any Idea about this? I have a Seagate 2TB HDD and 1.56GB still free but I still cannot install anything through USB.

    Yes, I have. I was installing since last sunday without any problems, all games I was installing in my USB HDD, but I stuck in this problem. There is no reason for this error I mean, I didn't perform anything different from other times, I ever take off the USB from WII U, it was connected there...

    Yes, game is in region as well. My console is USA region based and all games installed is USA region too.. I can run any game already installed, but it's not possible to install a new one, since every installation keeps freeze in 0%... Soo weird the fact that I run the games already installed in...
