    I searched around a bit and got to a site, http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/itprovistaact/thread/ee5696aa-c94d-481a-bbbe-4dad30ccae7f. So it means that the skin editor is not Vista compatible? Because I am a bit afraid of using the third party solutions given there.
