    As a matter of a fact... I've recently, had the exactly... same issue I have almost tried 3 SDXC 64GB flash Cards on Nintendo Wii one was a Kingston 128GB RAM only, that didn't work quite like I Expected... So, I think it's Dirty or damaged SDXC card Slot most definitely, the other 2 64GB flash...
