    I had the same issue, they need to be on two lines: [r.VSync] 580F0000 0651F708 680F0000 00000000 00000000 [t.MaxFPS] 580F0000 06D1A498 680F0000 41F00000 00000000 Otherwise it wont detect it. I get options [r.VSync] and [t.MaxFPS], turn them on both but only get 60fps in the menu, 30 fps in game.
