    I can surely dump my NAND with a hardmod, I have already done that with my New 3DS XL but the problem is that I don't have any possible entry point to this japanese New 3DS. So I guess I have no chance except getting a japanese game cartridge with homebrew exploit Anyway I thank all of you

    I have read about a method to change the region of the 3DS console, if I can do this with my New 3DS XL to change it to japanese I will be able hopefully to downgrade the real japanese New 3DS, is that right ? and how can I do that ?

    Thank you for your response, I have 2 other 3DSs, a New 3DS XL and an Old 3DS XL but the two are European consoles. By the way can I install a japanese CFW on Eur 3DS to perform this kind of downgrade ? it will be very useful
