    Ah, so the file size should be 110,824 KB then? Because that is the file size of the .img.

    Ok, so I have a WINDOWS folder inside the retroarch_3ds folder. I dumped NPCOMMON, SYSTEM, TEMP etc and a bunch of other files into that.
