    Gaming Does r4 2015 works with all regions?

    Hi, I just got a new 3ds xl in Spain (version 9.9.0-26E) and I'm planning to get a r4 for it in the USA. But they're from different countries and regions, so I don't know if it will work on my 3ds. Please help me :( (Sorry for my English (^.^;)
