Yeah, GM9 has one built in. You just press R+A over either SYSNAND SD or SYSNAND TWLN depending on the game location and use Search for Titles. Once done, just go to the .tmd file of the game you want to turn into a .cia and select TMD File Options..., then select Build CIA (standard)- AceJAndTails
