    The thing is, it only happens in Collison Chaos Present, and after testing, Good Future. Every level after that is smooth and nice. I'm wondering how it only happens in those levels, and how I can fix this.

    I think you should make the game using the demo data.win. That way, you can just give the .nds file and the game will be more accessible to people experiencing Undertale for only the 1st time, or just people who can't work the file patcher(me).
