Hey, I'm in the same boat wanting to go from 11.3 to 11.2. Which 9 cias were needed?

Mine is a Jap version and now is 11.4 to 11.2. Anyway, you just need to look at https://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/reports.php?date=04-10-17_08-00-47&sys=ktr and https://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/reports.php?date=02-06-17_07-00-47&sys=ktr , click on your region to find out which title ids were updated in 11.4 and 11.3.

In my case there were 14 cias together (11.3 and 11.4) to replace now in order to go back to 11.2. Hope this helps.
