    Like stated in the starter post, this does only work on New 3DS consoles. Looks like o3ds simply misses needed system speed.

    Its said that downgrading a n3ds from an fw <10.2 has a higher chance to (soft)brick. Im actually waiting for gateway and see if theyre downgrade method will be more stable.

    Looks like SafeyUpdater Checks for 9.1 md5 sums for japan consoles i believe. You could just use the "normal" SysUpdater and update to 9.2. But to be honest, you dont want to risk bricking your N3DS just for updating to 9.2 if youre already on 9.1. Get emunand, reinand cfw and update the emunand...
