IIRC, Stick of Truth money was stored as 32bit int - but it had a bit of strangeness about it. Like it had an extra decimal on the end.
It's been awhile. I MIGHT be thinking of another game, but I remember it being like 99.99 => 99990 => 0x00018696‬

It also might not even apply to the sequel since it's alot different than the first game.

How do you make the max stats code work? it says equip any chip what does that mean? what chip?

Im not test that cheat yet, but most of the cheats from @petjanova works, activate one by one, not all at same time.
