Hacking Can't Stream 3ds to Laptop

Ive tried every possible 3ds streaming program. Kit-Kat, Kit-Kat Slim, Nitrostream, Snickerstream. Nothing works. On my 3ds, I boot up NTR CFW selector on 3.6, Enable debugger, Start InputRedirection. On my laptop, I allow the program and NTRViewer through my firewall and windows defender. I only get a white screen on all. ANYTHING HELPS IVE BEEN TRYING THIS FOR HOURS WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.
Update: I made a video for more info on what I'm doing. Can someone point out something I'm doing wrong?

Don't use Windows defender, it is garbage, might wanna check if inbound/outbound traffic are blocked.

Ok so I've completely shut off any and all firewalls/antiviruses. still nothing. blank white screen. So do I have anything left to do or am I f*cked? The main reason I got a new 3ds xl was for streaming.

Try to replace the files again, software streaming suck by the way, should had went with real capture card.

Even turning off the entire firewall does nothing. Still doesn't work. I think I'm just f*cked. I'm always the unlucky one after all.

Real capture cards are at least (Rarely) $100 by themselves which are already the amount of the New 3ds XL I bought. I don't have that much money just lying around to spend on capture cards.

This guy had similar problems where it work for him when he replaced his files.

Replaced all files. Still white screen.

I had the same problem months ago, I tried with everything and it didn't worked

So I'm on a new computer. New problem. Snicker stream's saying this now:

Also went to inbound and outbound rules, made a new rule, and allowed both NTR Viewer and snickerstream through the firewall, but it still says that error ^
Anyone got any ideas? I'm getting the same thing on a new laptop.

Update: The error said to check advanced settings and it says

Apparently this means I "didn't patch NTR"? What does this mean and how do I do that? I'm slowly getting closer.
