The switch only does 720p so the emulator would only do that as well but the emulator will upscale to a higher resolution.
I am using x4(4320p) resolution scale and it works but only for a while (a few hours or just minutes). This happen whether or not I use cheat codes, it's like some kind of dynamic resolution kicks in.

This is correct. The game uses a dynamic res in docked mode as the previous games did (not sure about handheld). It seems that the game is constantly using the max res allowed by the dynamic res on emulator right out of the box. But after some time or some trigger (cutscene? teleport?) the game suddenly uses the lowest resolution allowed by dynamic res. This makes it look worse in docked compared to handheld mode.

restarting the game is the only solution once that occurs.

So far I only noticed this 2 times in a long uninterrupted session.

Handheld mode is also dynamic, but the only time I've seen it drop is when I manually set GPU to lowest just to see what would happen haha

i cant press the QTE on 60fps for the sake of my life :D
great work tho i bet we will find a solution i'll just be lurking around here

I'm looking for a mod that changes the equipment and classes of my companions to non-standard ones.
Specifically, I want to give shields to various characters.

There will never be one of those bc those are mods not cheat codes. Those require a save editor which will probably never be made.

Hi, thanks for this thread. I was wondering, how doable/difficult would it be to convert the Mods from the CemuGraphicsPacks repository to Switch cheat codes?

EDIT: adding the cheat codes I'd most like to use:
- Ground Damage Multiplicator/Divisor
- Enemy Statistics Modificator
- Enemy De-Aggro Range Reducer
- Collectible Catch Range Mod
- Unlock All Augments
- Treasure/Equipment Loot Quality
- Jump Height/Length Mod
- Running Speed Mod
- BP / Affinity Gain Multiplicator

probably incredibly difficult if not impossible considering they're two different consoles running two totally different hardware.

Well that sucks, and here I was hoping someone would give me a few pointers for me to try to do that with basic ASM knowledge.

Note that while the starting Miranium cap is 6K, you can raise it by using storage probes. Do the side-quest that teaches you how probes work.

im mainly trying to get codes for switch version not emu
All of TomSwitch's codes are created on and work for original Switch hardware.

Dude, stop talking if you don't understand what you're talking about. This is a repeat thing with your posts in here. It's ok to not understand how these work, but don't post definitively about things if you don't understand.

@GendoRokobungi good to know, I believe all of his codes have already been created though besides the skill point one, but I think instead of gaining skill points when used it may better to just have a code with max skill point set to like 999 or something.

I've just realised we don't have a movement speed code as of yet, that would help with finishing the map quickly

do notice how I used the word "probably" which translates to not definitive. I never said it in definitive sense. and do notice how I said "incredibly difficult" which also means it's not completely a 0% chance then I used a phrase that it could turn out to be a 0% chance. basically I wasn't trying to get that person's hopes up only for them to be let down horribly. I was trying to be realistic not idealist. I'm a realist not an idealist so I always think with the glass half empty and not with glass half full. Imho people who think with the glass half full and are idealists are idiots bc they most likely won't plan for stuff that can go wrong and will always be let down very hard. Please be sure to fully read people's comments before talking crap otherwise it shows your lack there of reading comprehension. I worded my comment very keenly.
