ZevenOS is a German Linux distribution. It is based on Ubuntu and focuses on a fast and easy to use system while mimicking the look and feel of BeOS. It is intended to work also on older laptops and computers with low CPU speed and memory with full multimedia support. The current stable version of ZevenOS is the 4.0 release (24 November 2011) and is based on Ubuntu's 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" release.
