THIS IS NOT A FORWARDER
This is a WiiMC vWii app for the Wii U menu. This app should work even without WiiMC installed on the SD Card in the apps folder.
This is just WiiMC's boot.dol file embedded in a Wii U app. I created this app using TeconMoon's WiiVC injector.
I think because it runs in an unsupported IOS, the internet functions don't work, maybe because the driver in the IOS that it's loaded in doesn't have a driver supported by WiiMC, so it can't init the Wifi.
HOW TO INSTALL
To install the app, make sure you WUP Installer GX2 on your ssoftmodded Wii U. Follow the video guide by FunkyScott47 below if you hadn't already.
After that, follow the steps below.
Just so you know, I'm reusing edited images from my Wiiflow App installation guide so this is how it should go.

1. Copy the files from the zip to the root of the SD Card.
2. Put the SD Card back in to the console and launch WUP Installer GX2. You should see the button that says WiiMC.
3. Select the button.
4. Select yes.
5. Select where you want to install. (Select NAND if you don't have a USB plugged in.)
6. Wait for it to finish installing.
7. Once it's installed, exit WUP Installer GX2.
Congrats! You now have a WiiMC App on your Wii U!
