Player is at the max rank (20).
All vehicle forms are unlocked, including G1 Starscream.
In order to get 100% completion, you must complete all of the main missions and challenges (you'll actually obtain 101% completion).
Deleting the saves will get rid of all cheats and vehicle forms (except for G1 Starscream).
If you have FBI installed onto your 3DS, you can copy this directly onto your Transformers: Decepticons cartridge (I'm sure there are ways to copy it onto the cartridge through a DS/DSI that I'm not aware of).
If you're copying the save onto your cartridge, make sure it is named "DECEPTICONS".
If you would like me to upload a fully completed save, just ask!
