[PC-98] Night Slave - English Patch 1.0

English translation patch for this great action game/eroge VN hybrid.

This new version does not use anything from the previous attempt by Retronomicon, neither the script iself, nor the technical side. It doesn't rely on a font hack, and is fully real hardware compatible.
