The borealis lib URL was updated to the most recent one.
The zipper lib was made local and edited to be able to build with latest LibNX because the most recent version of the zip on https://github.com/Lecrapouille/zipper is a full re-manufactured code and the linkalho code needs major changes to use it.
You can build linkalho with this code extracting to a build environment with DevKitPro and run make
