greenpois0n is a jailbreak utility from Chronic Dev. Originally, it was meant to use SHAtter, a bootrom exploit, but due to unanticipated events it was delayed to use geohot's bootrom exploit.

greenpois0n supports the following devices (all untethered on 4.2.1, unless specified):

- iPad 1G
- iPhone 3GS
- iPhone 4 GSM model
- iPhone 4 CDMA model (iOS 4.2.6)
- iPod touch 2G
- iPod touch 3G
