This modified DLDI patch is reportedly made up of Supercard SD FAT code taken from older versions of Moonshell, which is different than that of libfat. As such, it has been reported to be successful on newer Supercards that otherwise fail when using SCSD.dldi or SCLT.dldi.
Caveat: Like the R4TF driver, scsd_moon.dldi relies on a state set by the firmware and may not work after ejecting and reinserting the card while the GBA or DS is still powered on. This means it may not run programs that back up data saved in the EEPROM, flash, or SRAM on GBA Game Paks.
