Gaming yu-gi-oh world duel carnival info request

I Just watched the Nintendo digital event and noticed yu-gi-oh world duel carnival shown during the showing of the e-shop releases. can anyone who knows any information about it tell me anything about its release date or if its only a digital download (realy hoping its not). I'd appreciated if you can.

I don't know about the American version, but European version will come at the end of June and in physical version too.

With the new encryption keys I don't think it's worth been a pirate anymore.
If I used gateway I would wait until the end of the year to see if Gateway could crack those encryption keys,
but even if they do it, Nintendo will do an update and change the encryption keys and this would happen over and over again

I don't have flash carts im just waiting for an exploit by not updating but im guessing if theres going to be an exploit in future itll probably be in the latest firmware
