Yokai Watch Roms install, don't show up in menu

Can't get the Japanese versions of Yokai Watch 3 or Busters to work.

I seem to successfully install the cia files without incident or error, but the games don't appear in the menu.

Running system 11.16.0-49U, latest version of FBI 2.6.1

What might I be missing?

You could go look in the parameters to see the installed apps, it could be an update, a corrupted/invalid app ("?") Or nothing?
