I didn't really notice the time that changing the sprites was taking but it must have been an hour in total (male, and now female). 50 pages of a Word document which outlined the palletes each sprite used and then 24 pages of the code, for each sprite, which made up the 24 individual images in the animation cycles. But I figured everything about PokeTex out myself considering it didn't come with any documentation and it was quite baffling at first.

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
