I've tried connecting via wi-fi and ethernet both at my own place and at someone else's. I've reset the router at both places and it won't sign in no matter what. I've also tried formatting the HDD.. I need to get online to just download an...

Is it possible? (Like on Xbox ONE\PS4 Streaming)
Maybe over AverMedia or some software?

Not possible by software, you'll need a capture card to do that.

Any capture card with a HDMI port would be good.
You could also get a component cable for the 360 and get a component capture card.
