hey guys iam new to 360 iam used to modding the first xbox i was wondering if i did this firmwire hack can i play the copyed games i download off the internet on xbox live with out my xbox getting banned or my copyed game geting detected on xbox live because its a copy lets say i copy my friends halo3 and i play it on xbox live and he plays his on xbox live at the same time has me will they detect that the same copy is being played on to different xbox 360 systems at the same time or will they detect that it is a copy please help me out
also can they detect that i have that firmwire hack when i go on xbox live or send it in if it crashs
