Yes, they are English, but the Poliwhirl is nicknamed "PolySun" unfortunately.
As for the trade, we can check when I return home (since I'm out right now, I will be there after 8 hours approx.).

It is from Kalos, seems like the shiny charm does have an effect on breeding because it took me only 42 eggs to get a shiny.

Yea, the shiny charm increases all odds of receiving shinies. Is a random pokemon with Charizardite X fine? Or do you want something else with it?

Ok, I should be online in 5 hpurs (In case you were wondering here's the IV spread 31,26/27/28,31,31,31,31 according to serebii.net. Attack IVs are not 31, and I couldn't check what they are exactly because I don't have enough rare candies to get it to lvl.100.)

Decided to try horde shinies today (With shiny charm) Managed to pull a shiny Roselia, 3 shiny Hoppip (Traded two to friends) and a shiny Scraggy. Not a bad day at all...
