As I believe I mentioned in a previous thread then "kill it, cook it and I will give it a nibble". The equine faction actually being rather high on the would be up for a nibble chart -- lean red meat from a herbivore... generally what people go in for if given the chance.

I've tried horse meat before but don't know how old the horse was. It wasn't great but it was edible.
