I remember Vita had an app where you can stream content from your PC and play portably, as long as you not too far around. Kinda kewl, but never really used the feature, since Vita's lack of button makes it hard to play most of modern games.

But switch on the other hand has plenty of buttons to go around. In JP some games are even available on the system using cloud exclusively, you know, like AC Odyssey, RE7, PSO2.

Would be great if we could make our own makeshift cloud by remotely controlling our PCs. So for ppl like me, who love play on the bed or while taking a crap, it would be godsend.

But is it technically possible at all? I mean Vita is build like streaming-receiving device, maybe developers used some features inside FW itself. Is there a point in waiting that someone eventually take on such a project?

don't expect this any time soon.
Source: how moonlight was never worked on after being touted as the next big thing, much like raindrop before it. These streaming services on switch never pan out... cursed?

Did you search for every streaming thread so you could bump them all to say it won't happen?
