The key is not wrong, it just doesn't exist. The "leaker" is a dataminer that supposedly has the game, but won't, 1º Give a ticket 2º Upload the game.

As I said I tried the leaked key on a EUR download and it failed to decrypt so it must be a USA or JPN key

how do you know it's not just a fake key...

How did you create the tik file?

I opened an old tickfile swapped around the hex key but it didn't work the WUP installer gave an error.
