Hooray! for setting up a music play list and then going to pictures and letting it play as a slide show. Wii is not supposed to be able to do this...

code dumps on every avi I try, SMB and NTFS
SMB has worked perfect for me once I unplug my NTFS drive.

Yes, works on SMB after removing HDD.

Have a 500gig WD, (400gig WBFS and 100gig NTFS)

Don't know if I need to use WiiMC 202 installer, already have a version which works well with mplayer_me

Ok i got SMB working but still theirs a lot of things that need to be worked on, aspect ratio for a start, all my videos are in 4:3 no matter what setting I put it as. Not to mention wheres a menu for MKV files so u can select which audio stream to use?

Also I notice FLV videos play quality was very blocky

Also has anyone installed IOS 222 yet?

Put aspect ration to auto, and then screen zoom to 93%, 105% that worked for me

I watched a whole movie and some sitcoms (all .avi) with this and it worked flawlessly! I haven`t encountered any problem yet.

I use a WD-Elements-HDD with Hermes Homebrew cIOS installed (for USB2.0).

Hopefully a decent Forwarder will come up for this in the near future

There's a genius move right there. If you try to break it, you probably can.

I wasnt trying to break it, I have a large collection. and it was an m3u file. it should be able to parse an m3u file.

Didn't work for me at first loading from my NAS, but after unplugging the HDD, it worked great for avi's.

Had some problems trying to load up ogms and mkvs.
Will this be able to play HD mkvs? (obviously not in HD since the wii only does 480p)

Looking forward to being able to retire the old xbmc one of these days.
