wel iv'e played on a couple wiiware games Online, in theory yes they could Ban you, but they wont do anything, we all know that*

Piracy terms yeah you bloody Pirate, but wou wouldn't be on here if you wern't unless you just want true homebrew

But no that's not bad, dont feel sketchy about using them, Nintendo's own dam stupid fault...
you wont get banned...i mean how long has wiiware etc been pirated now and no crap from Big N.
