Hacking Wii Wi-Fi Transfer data help...

I recently got a game onto my USB loader. It works fine and all but I have slight problem...

My Wi-Fi save that I have on the Savegame Manager won't transfer. It keeps giving me the ret =1. That usually means that I have to delete the old file and install the new one, right?

I did that and kept getting the same error. I do have cIOS249 if that helps...
