Gaming Wii Update

Is there a definite way to tell if I have updated to the update with IOS37 one. It says my version is 3.2U and I can't access the shop channel without updating farther.

IOS37 is already on your system if you updated to 3.2U. It is just in a "dormant" state.

I installed the wii shop update earlier, its fine....

alright quick question about the custom channels, trucha, and such. Since it's in a "dormant" stage would these stop working automatically when nintendo wants them too, or would that require another update?

also do all 3.2U include this, cause i updated it pretty early on...before the announcements of the IOS37 (or maybe I just never looked for it)
