Got the PAL version working. It requires you to follow yadape8000's instructions of downloading the title 0005000c10144d00 using nus grabber and decrypting using the title using the new nus grabber. Then create a folder in the wii sports club folder named aoc0005000c10144e00 instead of aoc0005000c10144d00. Even though I downloaded the American files, you can use it on the pal version. Then from the contents folder of decrypted files copy the five folders named 0010,0011,0012,0013 and 0014 onto the aoc0005000c10144e00 folder. Then boot up loadiine with yardape8000 mod and then enable dlc and click OK. Then the game will start with all the sports unlocked.

If you want an easier way, instead of using the pal version, use the ntsc u version. Because I could run a pal version of this game on my ntsc u console. So it will be vice versa with your pal console.

I can confirm this is working on Wii Sport Club [AWSP01] Loadine format EUR game on EUR console, using Loadiine Y1 Mod and MiiMaker Mode. All Sports!

Simply created new folder called aoc0005000c10144e00 (in same folder as Code, Content and Meta) and within that folder create empty folders called 0010, 0011, 0012, 0013 and 0014. Then enabled DLC on SD within modded Loadiine.

You can play All Sports in Local Game and Skill Shaper modes, online games are not available.

Also enabled DLC in Hyrule Warriors EUR on my EUR Console, which was within a folder named aoc0005000c1017d900.

You can place y1 mod elf file on sdcard in wiiu/apps/loadiine_gx2 if you are willing to overwrite the standard version.

I personally created a separate folder called wiiu/apps/loadiine_gx2_y1mod and put the meta.xml from regular loadiine in this directory, and edited it within WordPad to show it was the Y1 Mod version, e.g. <name>Loadiine GX2 Y1 Mod</name>

If you want all the sports use yardape8000 loadiine mod y1. Here are revised instructions on how to run wii sports club [AWSE01] on mii maker with all the sports unlocked. No need of downloading the title 0005000c10144d00 from nusgrabber. My method uses blank folders to unlock the sports.

1) Get the game and dump it on your SD card using any method you want.

2) Then create a folder named aoc0005000c10144d00 within the wii sports club folder on the SD card.

3)Then within the aoc0005000c10144d00 folder create five different blank folders with the following names which is given in serial order below:-
i) 0010
ii) 0011
iii) 0012
iv) 0013
v) 0014

4) Then add yardape8000 loadiine elf file to your SD card. Link:- https://github.com/Yardape8000/loadiine_gx2/releases/tag/y1

5) Then boot up loadiine on your Wii U.

6) Then enable DLC support for wii sports club and then select OK.

7) Afterwards the game will boot up and all the sports will be unlocked.

Thanks to Yardape8000 for creating a fork of Loadiine which can run many more games with dlc support and also for the earlier instructions for unlocking the tennis game.

The blank folder trick only works with NTSC And PAL games which are extracted from a WUD image. This trick will not work with games which are downloaded from the nus servers. If you want the NUS versions to work, then you would have to follow yardape8000's instructions.

Thanks to all the folks for giving their feedback.
