WICleanup help

I'm trying to clean up my Windows/Installer files a bit, purging orphaned msps. I'm using WICleanup, which seems like a really great tool, but unfortunately, it wants you to confirm each and every file you choose to delete. I've got about nine year's worth of stuff accumulated on here -- literally thousands of files. I can easily select all files to be deleted, but is there a way to confirm the entire batch for deletion?
