Hacking Why are they delaying the English version?

don't think it was ever "delayed" just everyone kept trying to throw out release dates too early

Still, can't they release the English version first then the Chinese one?

Well considering the fact that it is made by a chinese company I believe it would be a little bit easier for them to release a chinese (their native language) version prior to an engrish version. Don't worry, they'll release it when they feel like it.
