My one died. i need a new R4 card for my 3DSXL

Is this a safe card for my 3ds & safe website?

Yes. But you can but most things they sell on amazon, ebay etc.

I've gotten my two flashcarts from Ebay. Any site you decide to buy from has its own set of scams, regardless.
