In super mario bros 4 advanced there's a feature level e , where can i buy that card reader?

You get it the same places you normally expect to find games that were discontinued ten years ago. What were you expecting?

The Wii U VC version of SMB4A already includes most of the e-reader levels. (And of course that version has also been dumped.)
