Hacking Whats the fastest shipping store by default for a DSTWO

Hello everyone,

I'm just wondering what the fastest store to buy a DSTWO for my 3ds, I upgraded my 3ds so I need a store guaranteeing the latest firmware for my 3ds version 4.4.0 U

I was looking https://www.modchipcentral.com/store/memory-bundles/ and they have all outdated firmwares, unless someone knows if they do have 4.4.0 U pre-installed

But ya if anyone knows anything, help me out before i buy from hong kong and wait 3 weeks

Just found out that modcentral doesn't know if they have 4.4.0 atm, for anyone else with the same question
