The other day my roommate asked me if I had any regrets in my life so far. My reply? None, because each experience was a one of a kind event that I've learned from. Perhaps I've been in denial because I do have one regret so far, and that was pushing away my ex. She was in emotional pain and probably needed someone she could count on. Too bad I was too blinded by my own pain to tell. Some of you may recall reading about this in my blogs back a couple years ago.
What use is a kind heart if it is so easily hardened. What use is a well cushioned body if one cannot shield others? I regret pushing someone away who was so obviously in pain and needed a loving friend right then. Well, what's done is done and there's nothing I can do to change that. Live and learn, and hope to God that I can live the rest of my life without making another tally.
So like my roommate, I'd like to ask GBAtemp, "What regrets have you been living with?"
