R4i Gold from r4ids.cn is considered the best for it's price. Runs a fast, highly compatible menu called WOOD.

A lot of shops shut down, including my favorite, so there are very few in the US. Modchipsdirect seems to be okay, but don't quote me on that because I have not ordered from them.
