Could it just be dirty?
Already wiped the screen

I'm wondering if perhaps it's some kind of burn-in on the screen. That'd be too unlikely to have that many stuck or dead pixels.
How can i fix that?

That's called screen burn-in. It happens when you leave an LCD on a static image for too long. It usually fades, but could very well be permanent. If you ever owned a Wii, you may remember something called screen burn-in reduction, where it dims the screen if you leave it idle for too long.

[EDIT] By the way, I didn't mean to say "perfect". I meant "permanent". Sorry. :/
