Is there any way to change your name on WFC? I have the name "Dragon" on my WFC, but I want to change it yet I don know how =X

you mean like in a WFC game? depends what game you're playing. If it's Mario Kart, you can just change it in-game. In other games, you have to go into your main menu of your NDS and change your name there.
